The original bag was made for my friend Evelyn in 2015, but over the years by

 listening to feedback and suggestions from friends,relatives,customers and

 knitting groups it has developed into a more sophisticated design which meets

 the requirements of knitters and crocheters.

 

 I make the outer bag from upholstery fabric as it is very hard wearing and

 keeps it shape well, the bags are always lined with a coordinating pure cotton

 and I also add a layer of interfacing and fusible fleece to strengthen the bag as it

 is important that the bag stands up.

 

 On the front of the bag a slanted pocket will hold your patterns or craft books,

 and at the narrowest point I sew in thin pockets to hold your crochet needles.

 Inside the bag is a pocket the height of the bag to hold your knitting needles and

 an open pocket for tape measure,scissors, stitch markers etc.

 Pop your yarn in the bag thread through the eyelets and cast on, there is no reason then to

 remove your yarn so it keeps clean, if you are knitting different colours you can separate them using the 2   eyelets.

​

 For prolific knitters you can knit on the go as the shoulder straps are comfortable and the yarn will still move easily within the bag.
